Challenge
CLEAR conference reservation and publishing system enables AZ's staffs make conference reservation by using OUTLOOK, and publish the meeting information to the terminal displays via LAN. We made it success by integrated our system with OUTLOOK. The system is simple, safe, flexible and stable; it facilitates better communication with remote offices, and reduces administrative costs and complement green initiatives.

CLEAR Solution
AZ conference reservation and publishing system enables enterprise staffs make conference reservation by using OUTLOOK, and publish information to the terminal displays via the LAN. The system can obtain conference information from the exchange server periodic via the procedure deployed in the bridge server. Operation environment for servers is Linux OS for ensuring security and stability. The system can be managed and controlled by the administrator through web browsers, management platform of the system may be any personal computer or work station with the OS of Windows, Linux or others. As the system is based on B/S framework, it is not necessary to install client software.
System principle: the enterprise staffs reserve meeting rooms by using OUTLOOK, and at the same time the reservation information was created in the exchange server, then the bridge server run a procedure through an open protocol to get the reservation data and share the data with the IMPS server. Then the administrator can manage the whole system, such as: information publishing and resources uploading.
